You will need:

  1. 1 piece of Felt cloth, about 9x12 inches
  2. 1 piece of stick-on stiff felt, same size as above
  3. Ribbon, about 62 inches in length
  4. Scissors
  5. Felt/fabric glue

Directions:

  1. Trace out the following on the stick-on felt:
  2. two 2x5-inch pieces
  3. two 2x8-inch pieces
  4. one 5x8-inch piece
  5. Cut out these pieces. You should now have two short strips, two long strips, and one large rectangular piece.
  6. Now, peel off the paper from the large rectangular piece and stick it right in the center of the felt cloth.
  7. Peel off the paper from the longer strips and stick these along the long sides of the cloth.
  8. Then stick the shorter strips along the short sides of the cloth.
  9. Cut the ribbon into four pieces: two 17-inch pieces and two 14-inch pieces.
  10. Turn the felt cloth over so the sticky felt pieces are underneath.
  11. Glue these pieces along the long and short edges of the felt. Do not glue all the way to the outer edges.
  12. Allow this to dry well. (You may want to put some weight on it to make sure everything is glued on well). When dry, turn it over and flip the sides up, tying the ribbons at each corner.
