Dina Teka-Efstathiou lives in Greensboro, NC with her husband Dimitrios and their twin, young sons. Dina has lived for extensive periods of time in her native country Greece, London, UK and the USA.
Dr. Arthur D. Anastopoulos received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University. From 1986 until 1995 he held a joint appointment in the Departments of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, where he also worked with Dr. Russell Barkley and served as Chief of the AD/HD Clinic.

Claire Hughes is an Assistant Professor of Special Education at Bellarmine University with expertise in the areas of learning disabilities, autism, and gifted education. Her research interests include “twice-exceptional” children, or gifted children with disabilities, and multi-cultural education.
Fr. Dionysios Listermann-Vierling is a Greek Orthodox priest currently living in Greensboro, North Carolina with his wife Elena and their son Max. He holds a B.A. in History, a B.S. in Education, a M.A. in Teaching and a M.Div. in Theology. Ordained to the priesthood in 1987, he has served parishes in Iowa, Kentucky and Florida. A convert to Greek Orthodoxy, Fr. Dionysios is an enthusiastic Hellenist and has authored various articles on the subjects of theology, culture and history.
Melissa Litz lives in Greensboro, NC with her husband Alan, an elementary school teacher and their lovely young daughter Caroline. Melissa is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, practicing at the Alamance-Caswell-Rockingham Local Management Entity (ACR LME) where she is also the Medical Director.
Evangelia Teka is a freelance linguist working for major translation companies in the UK, USA, Ireland & Hong Kong. She lives in London, UK and Thessaloniki, Greece. She is a native Greek speaker with near-native English and she also speaks French. She holds an MSc in Scientific, Medical and Technical Translation with Translation Technology at Imperial College in London, an MA in ELT and Applied Linguistics from King’s College of the University of London and a BA (Hons) in English from Middlesex University.
Julia is a former children’s public librarian that has worked in Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Library, Alexander County, and Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Library.
Kevin Lawrence is the chair of the string department of North Carolina School of the Arts, University of North Carolina (http://ncarts.edu/music/facstringsthree.htm). His compositions, arrangements and translations are used in Orthodox parishes of all jurisdictions throughout the US, at regional and national gatherings of the Greek Orthodox Church in America, and were sung at the 1998 World Council of Churches Assembly in Harare, Zimbabwe (Africa).
Despina Demestihas Dalton, M.D. is a Pediatric Emergency Physician. She is double board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, she is currently the Director of the Pediatric Emergency Department at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Cobb County, a suburb of Atlanta. She lives there with her husband, Shawn and her 3 children, Kathryn, 10 yr, Harrison, 3 yr and Alexander, 9 mos. Her expertise is in Pediatric Emergencies and hopes to help give Goneis-families insight into medical and surgical emergencies that affect children.
